PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING LANTERN.ONE. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING, PLEASE CONTACT US. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES. YOU SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE RISK OF LOSS OF YOUR VIRTUAL ASSETS. THE VALUE OF VIRTUAL ASSETS CAN GO UP OR DOWN, CREATING A SIGNIFICANT RISK OF FINANCIAL LOSS.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using or accessing the Lantern website, staking platform, Sky Lantern token launches, Wick yield program, and any associated services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you should stop using the Services immediately.

Lantern ("we," "us," "our") reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility and User Obligations

To use the Services, you confirm that you:

• Have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal authority to act on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent.
• Are not located in or a resident of any country subject to international sanctions, including but not limited to countries listed in our Restrictions section.
• Are in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
• Have not been previously prohibited or suspended from accessing Lantern's Services.

3. Restrictions

Users from the following countries and jurisdictions, which are subject to sanctions under international law (including OFAC, EU, and UN sanctions), may not access or use Lantern's Services:

• Afghanistan
• Belarus
• Cuba
• Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea)
• Iran
• Russia
• Syria
• Sudan
• Crimea region of Ukraine
• Any other country or region under current OFAC, UN, or EU sanctions.

Lantern reserves the right to update this list and refuse service to wallet addresses from restricted regions. If you are found to be accessing the Services from a restricted location, your access may be blocked immediately.

4. Services Overview

Lantern operates a Solana MEV validator running the Jito client and provides the following Services:

Disclaimer: While Lantern facilitates staking and related services through the Solana network, we cannot guarantee or control the exact rewards generated from staking, as they depend on network conditions. The value of SOL and lanternSOL may fluctuate due to market forces, and Lantern assumes no responsibility for price changes or potential losses.

5. Fees and Transactions

Lantern may charge fees for staking, unstaking, token launches, yield swaps, or other operations conducted on the platform. Fees will be communicated to users during the transaction process and are subject to periodic adjustments.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Lantern's platform in any way that:

• Engages in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities, including money laundering, market manipulation, or hacking.
• Violates the intellectual property rights of Lantern or third parties.
• Disrupts or interferes with Lantern's infrastructure, servers, or security systems.
• Attempts unauthorized access to Lantern's systems or interacts with unauthorized smart contracts.
• Involves the use of bots, crawlers, or other automated methods to access the platform without authorization.
• Could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the performance of the Services.

Lantern reserves the right to block or restrict access from any wallet address involved in prohibited activities.

7. Risks

By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Smart contract risk: The protocols may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite auditing efforts.
• Market volatility: The value of SOL, lanternSOL, and any tokens on the platform may fluctuate significantly.
• Validator risk: Staked assets may be subject to slashing penalties imposed by the Solana network.
• Liquidity risk: You may not be able to unstake or swap assets immediately depending on network and market conditions.
• Regulatory risk: Changes in laws or regulations may affect the availability of the Services in your jurisdiction.
• Loss of assets: Interactions with decentralized protocols carry the risk of partial or total loss of assets.

8. Disclaimer

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any responsibility for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to losses related to digital asset volatility, unauthorized acts by third parties, software or network failures, or any failure to maintain privacy or security.

You acknowledge that you use the Services entirely at your own risk and assume all risks associated with digital assets and decentralized systems, including potential loss of tokens or assets.

9. Termination of Service

Lantern reserves the right to block or suspend access to the Services without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or pose any risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, technology, and intellectual property associated with Lantern's platform are the property of Lantern or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of Lantern's content is prohibited.

11. Force Majeure

Lantern will not be held liable for any delays or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances outside of its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network interruptions, or other force majeure events.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lantern, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or breach of any laws or third-party rights.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
